• All components of the US Department of Defense and supported organizations that utilize the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System.
• All non-DOD employees (e.g. contractors, volunteers, allies) on-site at the US Department of Defense and those not on-site but using equipment furnished by the US Department of Defense (GFE) in support of initiatives which are funded by the US Department of Defense.

• This contract also provides for continued maintenance and support of the software that has been deployed in support of the DOD/DISA Public Key Infrastructure under which the Department of Defense is authorized to deploy identity credentials containing Red Hat Certificate System subscriptions to any organization, including and extending to organizations that are considered to be external to the US Department of Defense.
